/gift command prompts who to give and what code of card(s) to gift
after gifting, it pings the user who receives the card(s)

Guarantees the card to be traded between 2 players, reducing the chance of getting scammed during the trade of cards if a player refuses/disappears in the middle of a trade while using /gift command instead.
Give = code of card you want to HAND OVER/GIVE to the other player.
Receive = code of card you want to GET/HAVE/RECEIVE from the other player.
Player has 10 minutes to approve or deny the trade before trade gets automatically cancelled.
